Heinke Steiner studied psychology and computer science at the universities of Landau and Tübingen. After her studies she worked in international projects at the management consultancy Cap Gemini as an IT consultant. In 1999 she founded the company alpha-test GmbH, the pioneer in the field of online assessments. She has many years of experience in the areas of strategic personnel development and personnel marketing, development of self-assessment and potential analysis tools. She has recorded her experiences with customer projects in numerous publications. Her book "Online-Assessment", published by Springer-Verlag in 2009, is considered a standard work in human resource management.
Dr. Detlef Steiner

Detlef Steiner studied mathematics and computer science at the University of Tübingen and earned his doctorate in business administration at the University of St. Gallen. After his doctorate, he worked for several years in asset management and investment banking in various positions. He is co-founder and owner of alpha-test GmbH. He is one of the pioneers in the conception and programming of online assessment systems and web-based HR systems.
Klaus Fischnaller
Innovation Manager
Klaus Fischnaller studied computer science at the renowned Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and has over 15 years of experience in software development. At ALPHA-TEST, he started in 2015 as a software developer and has been heading the IT department for 3 years. In this role he is responsible for the technical product portfolio, global support, Saas operations and research & development.
