1. Extent and purpose of the processing of personal data

1.1 Enquiries about our products and services

When you make an enquiry about our products and services, your contact details are stored at ALPHA-TEST. This includes the company name, the contact details of the contact person and the reason for the contact.

1.2 Application

If you apply to ALPHA-TEST, your personal data (name, gender, e-mail address, language) will be stored. Furthermore, data on the curriculum vitae and certificates are stored.

1.3 Online Test

When conducting an online test, your answers and the test results, the duration of the test, your access data and technical analysis data are stored. Furthermore, some personal data (name, gender, e-mail address, language) may be stored if the assignment of the test results requires this by the contracting authority. If you use the support form ("Alphi form"), your entered contact data will be stored.

1.4 Google Services

To continually improve our customer service, we use some services of the company Google Inc (e.g. Google maps). Usage of these services includes the transmission of the user's IP address to Google. The privacy policy applicable for this service is provided by Google Inc. under https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.

1.5 Analysis tools and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. ALPHA-TEST has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize its website. IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated/anonymized by Google for member states of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. On behalf of ALPHA-TEST, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Within the framework of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user`s computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for the personal identification of the users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customers` websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. These customers can see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. 2. Duration of storage

Your data will be processed by us initially at the time of collection. We delete the data when the storage is no longer necessary, or we limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist. Application documents will be deleted within two months of the announcement of a rejection decision.

3. Your rights

You have the right to request information at any time as to whether and which personal data concerning you are processed by us and, if necessary, to have them corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time. ALPHA-TEST takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or misuse. In the event of suspected violations of German data protection regulations or corresponding EU law, there is the right of appeal to a competent supervisory authority.
